Terry Sutton is the Regional Account Manager-Florida for Stephens Engineering Consultants, Inc. based in The Woodlands, Texas. He has developed a high level of expertise in the areas of restoration (personal and property), hoarding resolution, marketing and customer service. For over 14 years he has been involved in insurance related property restoration both as an agent and adjuster, as marketing and education manager with ServiceMaster Advanced Restorations, Texas’ largest ServiceMaster, and as President of Terry Sutton Consulting, Inc. dba Master Your Disaster. Before that he served as a minister in five churches in Alabama and Texas where he successfully taught the principles of personal restoration. His insight of how the principles mirror each other in these respective fields have blended to give him a unique perspective. Besides having established one of the largest continuing education programs in Texas while with ServiceMaster, he is still a sought-after speaker for insurance presentations, civic groups, professional organizations and faith-based groups where he speaks on restoration, hoarding resolution, customer service and many other topics. He conducts insurance Continuing Education classes as part of his job with Stephens Engineering Consultants. He is also a former adjunct professor at Mountain View College in Dallas. He and his wife, Debby, have recently relocated to Navarre, Florida, from Arlington, Texas. He is available to help individuals, groups, churches and businesses learn how they can master their disasters.
